I just sold my e36 m3 and now im about to pick up a 01 m5 on sunday. can any1 provide me with any information or web sites that will give me information on the e39 m5? also can you give sum web sites for performance parts?

congrats! I'd like to get the M5 myself, but the service and maintenance scares me. Anyhow, isn't m5board.com a pretty got place to get informations on those machines? beastpower.com should be able to provide you with the performance parts you need for a fiver (and more).

I was going to say the same thing. M5board.com is a good resource for modding information about the E39 M5 and beastpower.com carries just about everything you could want.

Be sure to post pictures when you get a chance - I can never see enough photos of those beasts!
