| I saw that on Ebay as well, but hoping to find something without the carbon fiber. CF would just kinda stick out in my car. (parchment with wood) Anyone know about just the rings with no inlay? |

| The set I bought had them seperate. You dont have to install the carbon. Good luck in your search and if I come across them, I'll PM ya.

| Done! Thank you. It looked like they were inseperable. Did you put them in yet? I have never done it on an E39, but I have been in the cluster a few too many times on my E34 so I have that down pretty good. |

| I have not put mine in yet. I have instructions from a link that someone forwarded to me, but still looks a little complicated for the e39. My guage assembly is brand new due to the pixel thing so I am wary. If you have been in your guage cluster, it should be a snap (literally) I think for the 34. Someone who has done this could give better advise, but at least you know what your buying. I am going to let someone else do mine, as I am going to sell mine for a track car. The Schnitzer e36 CLS II has got me salivatating! Good luck!
