Overheating?

I have a 92 E34 525i with the M50 motor that seems to want to over heat. It has plenty of coolant and I have bleed the system and still have no luck. I was wondering if it could be the water pump or perhaps maybe the heater core. Just suggestions. Does any one have any ideas?

you say it seem to want to overheat where is the temp gauge when you say it overheating & what is the car doing?

It will run to the second to last mark... but I fixed it... It also sprung a leak, and I fixed that too. Thanks
