e39 air bag light

I have a 99 528i. My air bag light just came on so I ran a code check and came up with a passenger occupancy sensor. I assume it lets the air bag system know when someone is sitting in the passenger seat. I reset it and it stayed off until some one sat down. Anyone know the location and how to replace or fix this sensor. Thanks in advance...
