| question about 2000-2004 ///M5 which models came in 394hp and which ones came 400HP. i searching around for one, to maybe buy, but i see different HP on the add. im guessing the 00-02 came 394 and 03-04 were 400HP.?      |

| AFAIK they are one in the same. The M5 was only offered with one motor which was the S62 with a manual 6-speed transmission. I believe there were some reliability problems with the MY2000 M5, but sorted out with 2001 and newer models.

| oh ok cause i been looking around and some places write the 00-02 i think are 394HP and then ill go see the 03-04 and it says its 400HP thats why i was aksing |
