| Its not going to be the flywheel. There are three ingredient to making the car fire. Air, Fuel, and Spark. Check the fuel pump and see if you are getting fuel pressure. You can check your spark and see that its firing but if its firing at the wrong time. I had this problem once, the harmonic balancer was mis aligned becuase the key that held it in place sheared. Are you putting a M30b35 in your E34 or a M30b34? Did you swap the entire engine harness? Have you checked your grounds (the injectors work as a switched ground) THey're also batch fire, meaning 3 injectors fire at once. The spark plugs can also foul very quickly. That was a problem I had when I started my car on a stand-alone system. Take them out and clean them.
