| hey hey, So i recently purchased an '01 cosmos black 530iA. Clean title, low mileage, sport package, overall pretty decent ride. my question is: has anyone found a really good stash spot in the car ? you know, somewhere besides under the e brake, where you pull the leather back... maybe a little big bigger than that one. if anyone has found a spot, or has a good idea, lemme know. thx in advance. -alenbalen [pics of the car/hot lookin sig up soon!] |

| Well, based on my past experience, I would say that if you are underage, don't bother trying to sneak it in. I tried it back in the day when coming back from Canada and I had to watch the boarder patrol tear my car apart searching for more bottles than what I just had in the trunk. I watched them pull the back seats out, my subwoofer (they left it hanging out of my trunk still connected to the wires!!) all of my luggage, etc. It was not a fun sight nor a fun experience. If you are of age to be bringing alcohol across the boarder, then just declare it when you get to the boarder and just pay the small fees for bringing more than allowed back into the states, it is still cheaper if they make you pay the fees, and a lot of times, they don't even care as long as you are honest and tell them what you have. If you are still set on trying to sneak it in, then maybe stick a few bottles in the spare wheel well and hope you don't get searched. Good luck man. Have fun in Mexico!

| Not a good idea to try that. Mexican police will take you for everything in your pockets, and on your wrist if they feel they have you by the balls.
