I need as much as i can get

I need a full write up on the AUTO to 5-speed swap for a 525i E34 1995 not any performance stuff just putting a 5 speed in it and basically the stock normal parts..prices...opinions...knoledge..all I can get because i would really like this swap to come true or atleast seem like a realistic goal.
