99' e39 SP'

Hi, I have few questions on a 1999' 528i Sport package.

My father is looking to buy one and I came around one today, the guy was asking 11K. The car has 56K on it, its an Auto, The interior isn't that good but it pretty clean.

I didn't drive the car yet but it got few light on ( the ABS, and the air bag) no engine sign.

Is this a good deal on a 99'
And I have few other question like the rear tail light, can I swap it with a 01-03 light? and same for the headlights

Uh run, not walk, but run away. ABS and air bag light on, don't even try to justify buying this car for a cheaper price. I bet carfax brings up a salvage title.

Definately run a carfax on it, if that comes up clean I would take it to the dealer and have them scan the codes. You can then go from there. It does not sound good though.
