e39 Paint name

Does anyone know where the label is on the e39 5 series that has the name of the paint? On all BMWs in the past iv seen the label is on the shock mounts in the front. I checked there and on the inside of the door. I have not found a name for the paint, just numbers on the inside of the door.

Thanks!! That was my previous 5er, it was a 2003 525i: Sterling Gray w/Sport, Premium & Cold Weather Packages and Black Leather Interior. It was a great car!

I traded it in back in October of last year because I found a very low miles (<15K) 2003 540i/6-sp. with the same color scheme! I'm keeping the sig for now until I can get some rolling shots taken of the new car!

Your car is sharp as well!! Is that Titanium Silver and are those M5 wheels? My new car also has the black bodyside moldings like yours and I think I like them better than the body-color moldings that were on my 525i.

i just got new standard size m5 wheels today 18x9.5 in the back and i think 18x8.5 in the front. my old ones were 17x8 all the way around and beat the hell up by the last owner of the car. i think it is Titanium silver

Was the problem solved? I thought all the BMW colors were found on the shock tower in the front?

Just found this thread. Yea problem solved. I was wondering where to find it because there was no label on the shock tower like the rest of BMWs.
