Tweeter Mounts

I ordered new speakers for my 88 535i, but I dont know how to get the tweeter-mount triangle removed so I can install the new component tweeters..any help? thanks

My E30 just had a metal clip and plastic pins to guide it. Without fail pulling them off cracked the clip out of the plastic holder, nothing a good drop of epoxy didn't fix. I used windshield butyl in them anyways, to keep them from rattling.
