E39 528i Options for turbo

My roommate is picking up a 528i tomorrow and he wants to make his car pretty rediculously fast, I'm guessing anywhere between 350 and 450rwhp. Basically what I'm asking is, who has done it, are there any prefabricated kits. I'm currently in the process of trying to find a shop in seattle to do proper dyno tuning/etc.
Any information provided would be greatly appreciated.

You might be able to take a basic 328i turbo kit and make it work. With proper turbo, support mods it can be done...
