fs: 528e may be parting

I need to sell my 528e project car for tuition. I got it for 500.00 and put 300.00 in and want to get 500.00 back out. Its a strong car, with a beautiful body, the interior is trashed. If anyone is intrested let me know heres some info:
-528e 1983 210k mi
-strong motor and tranny( no leaks , good compression, good power)
-straight body (needs fr/rr valance, one dent)
-needs alternator(included) and maybe a new fuel system relay
-flawless rims good tires
$500obo (best so far is 400.00)
