Loud engine fan

Is this normal?

My engine fan sounds like an airplaine engine. Its very loud.

I get that too....its kinda annoying me but i figured its cause of the hot weather.

I want to see if its still loud during colder temperatures.

Maybe its the fan thats always on? it supposed to be on only when the car is really warm i think.

Mine does that too, but only when its hot outside and the engine is at low revs. The fan goes off though if the engine is reved above 3000 or so as to not divert power from the wheels when you want to go fast. My car has always done this so I guess its normal.

That makes sense,my car feels dead when i hear the fan but when i need the nice WOT feeling it shuts right off.

I also noticed it shuts off at a little bit past 3000k rpms and i also notice the torque

I guess its normal in order to cool off that Big V8,

and Its only at the highest speed when its really hot out, so I guess its fine then.
