It was re-routed to 911, however it took time to transfer. Commmon sense would tell you to call 911. One of the witness's who called 311 was actually parked in front of the M5 (he owned an H2), you would think he might have the sense to call 911.

Not an insuarance job, if you read my earlier post I explained how thieves have been stealing headlights, this guy's rims just happened to get stolen also. The thieves left behind the cars jack, which was taken from the trunk & which probably had the special key for the lug nuts.
I attached a photo of an Audi A4 which had its Xenon lights stolen a week prior, except the thieves actually drove the car 3 blocks down the street to a better location to strip it. When we found the car it was parked on a hydrant running with the ignition popped.
