ECU Upgrade on E34

Hey has anyone gotten the ECU upgrade(it is called the ECU upgrade right? hehe

) on a E34 525i? How much is it and is it worth it? I heard u get like 20hp out of it, just with the computer chip upgrade is that true? If so that would be sweet!
