Independant shop near Aurora IL for M3 pre-purch?

Chicago players -

Anybody know of a good independant shop near "Aurora, IL 60504" where I can have a pre-purchase inspection (leakdown, etc) done on a E36 M3?

I live in NY and will have to fly to the Chicago area to do the pre-pruchase inspection and purchase the vehicle.
