| Please Help...... Someone in a Black 530I Sport backed up into me last night the corner of 15th and Broad Sts in Philadelphia. He fled the scene and I caught up with him at the next light at Broad and Race Sts. I came out of the car but as soon as the light turned green he fled. I was unable to get the license plate or anything and damage to the M coupe was minimal, just a hairline scratch at the bumepr but still, I am reporting this incident to the cops and see what recourse i have at this point. Any information will help, also has someone had this incident happen to them??? We'll keep you posted on the outcome. |

| It's insane when someone hits your car and flees. You know what you're supposed to do, but then the primal instincts are to hunt them down and destroy ![]() Your insurance should cover it with no raise in rates, but the deductable will come out of your pocket :\ I would spend a few hours cruising around in that area with a camera to try to find the car. If you see the car, just take pictures of the damage (if any) to his car and the license plate. That way you have a case.

| Yeah....Your right I pass the same way going home at night, Maybe by chance I might bump into him in the future. I think I'll find out how much the damage would cost and if not that much I'll just eat it and go on with life. Just another learning experience, I guess. A hard one at that. |
