What rims are these?

I dont keep up with much about the 5 series, but I saw this car today heading back to the office from a job site.

This car looked great and the wheels look pretty damn cool. I dont know what they are. For all i know, they are a factory option for the 5. (this was a 540i)

anyway, maybe someone can tell me.

those are stock 540i wheels that came on certain 540's from 97-00. i know they were 1 of 2 styles on the earlier auto, but i dont know about the 6speeds.

btw that car isnt a 2001 or newer, it just has upgraded angel eyes

i had no clue as i said I dont keep up wiht the 5

this are some pretty nice lookin wheels for being stock. car looked very nice.

just a few spaces behind me there was an E46 330ci and an E46 white M3..
pretty sweet rides all right next to eachother.
I see the M3 sitting there everyday.

but this is in Chapel Hill where most people that live there are rich as hell... so i see a ton of BMWs - one day i saw 3 M roadsters all Estoril Blue within about 10 min.
