| one more thing...it would be better to get really light 18s than heavy 17s. the sprung weight of the wheels is important--the heavier they are, the more force it takes to get them spinning.

| so are the E39 M5 wheels weigh alot? the dinan wheels weigh 18.5 or 19 pounds is that light for an 18" wheel?

| Yes the M5 wheels weigh a good amount especially the replicas you would probably be buying. 18-19 lbs. is very good for an 18" wheels, that is practically as light as you can get. Here is a list of all wheel weights. http://iquebec.ifrance.com/isrcrew/wheels.html |

| get 17" oem LTW wheels........ i chose the replicas which are considerably light for them being rep and all... 17" 7.5 = 19lbs.... ![]()
