Ticket Help

I was just wondering, if the police screw up on your ticket, ie: wrong last name, is the ticket dismiised. Got one, but they blew my middle name, like not even close....and they wrote i was going 110 in a 60, when really iwas a 50 , i wasnt going that fast, and wasnt clocked, so please give me a hand....i'm from canada too. thansk

The cops "paced" me she said. She turned onto the road, drove behind for about 5seconds, i didnt see her...and then pulled me over, it mighta been stricly estimated.

No, go argue the ticket. If she wrote for speeding, and did not clock you, you will not have to pay anything, if she ticketed you for aggressive driving, good luck... fork it out.

Nah, just speeding nothing else...Lawyer says case will prolly be dismissed and if not, he says i will win, so its all good.
