| Suggestions on coilovers? I'm currently running H&R sports/Bilstein sports with a Rieger kit. I drive the car a lot and its getting to be a hassle when it is low. I want it to be lowered just a little bit and not stock height, so I was thinking about switching to coilovers. Are there any affordable coilovers out there that I can possibly use with my existing Bilsteins? Any suggestions for coilovers? I'm not looking for something too expensive because I'm trying not to put too much money into the car. Basically looking for something decent and affordable. Another route would be to get another kit that doesn't hang too low....but I'm gonna check out this way first. Thanks. |

| Most coilovers, on the highest setting is lower than stock. I've got the Bilstein PSS system, which I'm happy with. You can find it for about 900 shipped from www.khymotorsports.com. Another alternative is Ground Control Coilovers. I think, not certain, that it uses your existing shocks and struts. I'm not too sure though. Check out www.bimmerworld.com for the ground control stuff.

| i'm in the same situation BMR616. the rieger kit is already low and i'm going /w the intrax/koni setup once they come in. a suggestion may be to go w/ 19"s to get some additional clearance.
