help on tranny swap!

Hi, anyone have any tips or advice on swapping my automatic transmission for a manual transmission in my 96 328? Thanks for any help!

Hows the 5 speed on the 3.91 diff? Was that from doing a tranny swap and keeping the automatic rear-end, or did you buy the higher geared differential. I'm looking forward to my huge increase in gearing after the swap!

Yeah, it was from doing the swap and keeping the diff from the auto. I love it. Beats E36 ///M3s once you learn how to handle it.
