HELP - sunroof problem

Ok I had the sunroof open in teh 2nd position where its just tilted up in the back. And when I wne to close it it would get to about an inch form being fully close then make a larg click noise from both sides it seemed and stop. It would then still go back out to the 2nd position but won't close.

Any ideas on what the problem could be and is it somethign I coudl fix myself or should I take it to a shop and see what they can do and maybe get a nice Aftermarket glass sunroof

sounds like maybe a motor or something in the mechanism is broken (yes i am captain of the obvious) but you should take it in and have them take al ook at it, should be under warranty

thanks for the reply but it just started to work agian I think maybe something got lodged or something not sure. And it owuldn't be under warrenty baught it privately
