Some questions on the BMW 325i

hey guys,

I am looking into purchasing a new 2003 BMW 325i for daily driving. I was wondering if there is anything wrong with this car? I have heard horror stories about BMW, I have never owned a BMW in my life, only Toyotas and Lexus's... I have heard about Tranmission failures, and the car just breaking down out of no where. Any suggestions, recommendations will help!! Thanks guys!!

I have a two 325s one two door the other 4 door, we also got the lexus GS 300. I said the 325 is a great Daily, beats putting miles on your weekend fun toy the ///M.

Also far as BMW just breaking down, our old 525 when for 250,000 miles and is still running today.

i got a 2001 325i...nuffin broke down my natural occurences...only user error

I drive a 325ci 2001 Dec~~~

Till now~~~ I drive 25000 and hasn't break down yet~~~
Always good~~~ tran is very good as I know~~~

dont worry nothing will break as long as you dont do anything stupid to the car.... ehhhh!!?
