Gutted cats.....MEOW ?

I have been thinking about eliminating the cats on my car. We do not have inspections in my state so no worries there.

The only thing I'm concerned about is the O2 sensor will I have to replace it with a similator or will it work ok the way it is?

I have a friend who will help me either gut the cats so they look legal or to cut them out and weld in a connector pipe to replace them.

What would you do?...

It'll sound like ass. There will be a lame hollow sound... Not cool.

Get high flow cat or test pipe.

OH BTW, I am still running the stock muffler.

Does that matter ?

what everyone else says. spend money on a track pipe or something.

ps: where are you in tenn? I have friends in college near Chatanooga.

This is why I ask this question guys, I need some guidance.
What about the 02 sensor ? Will it still work properly ?
Should it be replaced with a sim if I went to a test/track pipe?
What have you guys done that went to a track pipe ?

I know this is a lot of questions but it's the only way for me to learm about these things.....lol...
