trouble replacing damn AC filter!! argh!!

hey guys, i'm experiencing a lot of difficulty replaceing that damn micro filter for my AC. Someone sent me a DIY link where it has pictures and all that and I can't go past the first step where you take out the part of the dash that includes the glovebox! i removed all the screws too. I have a 6 disc cd changer in my glovebox so is it possible that since the cd changer is bolted down, is that what's keeping me from taking out the whole thing? I really don't think it is... argh, if someone lives near diamond bar and can do this successfully i'll pay him 20 bucks to do this for me? i'd offer 40 but i spent half of it on that damn microfilter and i'm an unemployed college student. thanx!

I bet the cd changer is holding you up. Once you get that out, should be downhill. It didnt take me that long to do mine.

how did you get your cd changer out? the glove box is so small and there's like barely 1 cm between the cd changer and the walls of the glove box. i can't fit a screw driver in there

I dont have a CD changer in my glovebox. You might want to ask the shop where you got the changer installed at to remove it for you.
