E36 m3 side skirts? 2 types?

Hey guys, i was just wondering, are there more than 2 types of side skirts for the E36 m3?

I am used to the "criss crossed" style mouldings. BUt i have seen some m3's with non m3 looking skirts.

so im just wondering is that just a fake m3? or did they ever come with those skirts?

I believe there were different sideskirts for M3s with the "Luxury Package" and the ones without it.

the sport sideskirts work better than the luxury sideskirts.
