what questions do you have? what's difficult about it??

Unless its aftermarket and you have to drill holes, I don't see what the problem would be... (just mock it up, throw the screws or whatever in place and you're done....?)

Are you talking about the front bumper? I don't know if the E36 is different from M3, but here's a site that helped me get mine off. Some great tips on this site.

its pretty simple.

take off the far right moulding and the moulding that covers the area where you can insert your tow hook (its the smallest part of the front moulding). from there use a socket wrench to take out the 4 bolts, then unscrew the splashgaurd in the wheel well, theres just two screws you have to take off on each side and they are the ones the farthest to the front of the car, unscrew the triangular splash gaurds underneath your bumper, they are on either side in front of the wheel, then slide the bumper off enough to reach inside and disconnect the foglight and thermometer connectors and your done.

Get a bumper that is not made out of fiberglass. I got one I get so ****ing mad when I hear it scraping on the ground going up and down hills. But I got a shop so i can fix it myself unless you got money to throw out evertime something happens get a plastic one. Fiberglass would be fine for a back bumper though.

Yeah it's fiberglass but my buddy will do the work for me for free
