Squeaky Seat!

Ok, I am real annoyed with this one. My Drivers seat squeaks! every time I accelerate and my back presses against the seat from the amazing M-power that the car possesses I hear a CREEEEEEEAK. When the car is parked I can press my back against the seat by pushing on the steering wheel and I hear the same loud creaking noise.

Is there any way I can fix this? The car is a 97 M3 coupe with only 45K miles and I am only 170lbs, not fat enough to really punish the seat I thought. The seats are the luxury seats, not the sport seats.

there are springs on the better of the seat that need to be greased, i found an article on it once, but don't know where.
