Which front hangs lower...ACS or Racing Dynamics?

I was wondering which kit hangs lower for a E36 3 series.....ACS or the Racing Dynamics front bumper.





Also....do those two hang a lot higher than a reiger front?
Might be looking for a trunk lid without a spoiler....where should I look for a decent one that I plan on repainting anyways. (Want to remove spoiler but I think bondo on the current lid will make it look wavy). =(

I am not sure about Reigers.

However, I know for a fact that ACS is definitely lower than Racing Dynamics.

I have an ACS front bumper and when I had my H & R sports, my front end sat lower than M3s with H & R race springs.

I had about 3.75 inches of clearance with my old H & R sport springs.
