16 points total to date currently tho I just dropped -3 so I am at a step 24 here in MA a neutral step is 15 , lowest 9, highest 35.
My highest was a 27 I have had 1 suspension and 2 accidents both hit me one totalled my Lexus

19 points total, 12 of which my insurance can see (7 points with-held through the courts) plus or minus a few... About $1250 in tickets and $440 paid for traffic schools.The point system in Florida is on a rolling basis so I am not exactly sure how many points would show up if my record was pulled, but it would be in that range. I'm kinda afraid to call the DMV and find out

7 points for doing 96 in a 50 after driving curfew (That's 2 seperate tickets, I was 16 at the time). Paid $470 for the tickets but had 3 points knocked off in court. 4 hours driving school

Then....
3 points doing 47 in a 35, $180 fine (she doubled it because I tried to hide). I tried taking that one to court, but missed my court-date (I mis-makred the date on my calender). Court fined me $500, 12 hours in an attittude-adjustment driving class, and another 4 hours in a "Alive at 25" class for youth. Word of advice: NEVER MISS YOUR COURT DATE.

And I resolved that I would stop getting tickets and that I would be a good driver... but then...

3 points for "failure to dim high beams", $90 fine and $9 fix-it it ticket. My low beams had blown the day before :\ Took it to court and lost. The cop went as far as to say that my high beams would kill someone..... right.

There's another 2 tickets that I've gotten that I can't account for. I say that, because I remember going to court and pleading no-contest (to keep the points off my license) and having to go to traffic school for one of them. The other one was because I was trying to keep my parents from finding out that I got another ticket so I just paid the $90 fine.

And that's where I am at today.

got pulled over drunk(atleast 2.0) and passed the test of the follow my finger and dont move your head... and didnt even get a ticket for passing the stop sign(the reason i got pulled over) and neither got a ticket for being passed my curfew... i was 17 at the time...

OWI, 8 points right there. been pulled over 72 times. 13 tickets. Gone to court 4 times to fight tickets and won. license suspended twice for habitual offender. had 22 points at one time, taken driving school three times, once for FL and two for IN. currently have 8 points. Im gonna have to claim MVP.

UPDATE on my points:

latest speeding ticket was plea-bargained down to 0 points and the out-of-stater didnt carry over according to my driving abstract

how do I calculate the points?? i've gotten 3 tickets. one ticket(failure to signal) was dismissed by getting an attorney for $250. other tickets that i've got are carpool lane violation, unsafe lane change, and currenyly pending (driving on shoulder and no front license plate). how many points do i have?

0, but i did get a warning for speeding..i got it while i was messing around with my next door guy with that black vett in the free way..that dork got a warning too lucky me and him..we got out of soo many tickets, cuz he knows them
