Body panels

I need to remove the grey panels around the bottom of my car (sideskirts and lower front and rear bumper lip thing) because I am planning to repaint it a nice black, myself. It is a 1993 E36 4 door. I need to know how to properly remove those panels so I can paint then re-attach them unto the car, newly painted.

This is my below car, just to show exactly what grey panels I'm talking about. It's altogether 4 pieces, front and rear bumper + 2 sideskirts.

if you are going to go through the trouble of removing them to paint them, why not paint them to match the car? that looks alot better then grey or black.

I personally want jet black, I think it would look amazing with the dark chrome rims. Plus I am lowering in less than a week 1.3" all around. How difficult is it to remove the panels? Can someone help me out please?

they are not panels, they are part of the car, you can remove the gray coated paint from the "panels" to reveal the factory paint color. check posts for instructions.
