What a hillarious site. Read the 20/20 article for a good quick description.

A town of 60people creates 90% of the ticket revenue in the state of Ohio. This is just rediculous!!

People getting cuffed and put in the cruiser for having a dim bulb on your license plate!!

I just spent a good part of today reading that site. Damn. How that plays remains operational is beyond me...although it does sound like things are coming around to bite them in the ass.

I read the article about them in C&D a while ago...
