Car or no car for college

it depends on the area. my sister takes her car because the area is fine where she parks. its in no danger of having her deck and amp ripped out, etc. Thats the biggest danger sometimes.

personally, i dont mind driving my friends around (within reason). so thats not an issue when i have to make my decision.

i'd just leave the car at home, unless you can TAB (take a beater); i rarely took mine to school, i took the 240dl wagon instead. it got broken into a bunch of times and the radio was stolen, but i didn't feel nervous giving out the keys. and nobody gave a shit that it was getting all messed up (thanks mom and dad!). they laughed over the phone every time i told them it got hit or broken into (just twice).

but let them take the M to the liquor store? no.

drop you off at school? no

i was a dick about driving people around, but if they wanted to take themselves, i could give them the keys.

motorsport should not go near school grounds; the bigger the school, the worse the outcome. same goes for really small schools. at a big state school, ford taurus SHO is some pimp shit.....so watch out. my school was smaller, so if i raced in with my friend rob (2002 C2), nobody gave a shit--- they all had one at home too.
