NGK makes high revving motorcycle plugs as well as supplying some of the top racers with plugs, I think they know what they're doing. I've heard nothing but bad things about the GERMAN bosch plugs. The new E46 M3 comes with NGKS from the factory. Don't believe me here's the link http://www.ngkntk.co.uk/news/29042001b.htm Next time we should think before we type.

I worked at a BMW race shop and a good percent of E36 were touchy when it came to plugs. Alot of E36's suffer from the irradic idle and surge problems from bosch plugs especially the platinum ones. Once we switched to them to NGKs they ran fine.

Which ones did you get for $9-$10 the only ones I found on sparkplugs.com were $4.79 http://www.sparkplugs.com/more_info....13230&pid=3696
