how is the fitment?

I've had problems with rear clears before, on the left side, some of the lights wouldn't work because my OBC was less complicated (only has time/date/temp features). Will I have the same problem if I buy these? Do i need to find "simple-obc specific" rear clears?

where can I pick clears up that will work with my car?

I'm upgrading the lights, and I went to the dealership a couple weeks ago and they sold me the WRONG lights. They were for cars equipped with the trip featured OBC. I do not have this OBC and thus, the left light wouldn't work properly.

UMM, OK, YOU'RE WELCOME. If it goes without saying then why the hell did you ask for an opinion on them. You should have just said, I like these covers. No need to be a bitch about it. I was answering the question...

I would say that if the "lights" (CLEAR COVERS) in the ad requires OBC, then it would say it. WTF would you get a car that lacks a feature like that? Surely it didn't cost too much extra. I mean, if you're going to get a BMW, why not get it all? How much did you save, $25, hahahaha.

So first of all, I bought the car used so it's not like we're talking about a 25$ option here.

Second, I was wondering for opinions on these rear clears as compared to other rear clears on the market. I thought it went without saying that they were nicer than what I already had. I apologize for not making that clear enough, i suppose I gave your intelligence too much credit.

Lastly, when people post, they are looking for information, not just stupid banter with people who own honda accords. If you're just gonna say stupid s*&T then don't say anything at all, it just gets on people's nerves.

As for Pro Car Parts, the lights are made in Taiwan, they will probably end up leaking within a year or so. I would suggest getting genuine Hella tails from one of the BMW-specific vendors.

Sorry, I've never heard of a difference between OBC and non-OBC lights so I can't help you there. Your OBC still has check control right? (tells you when you are low on oil/coolant/bulb burned out) I think all tails are the same. Maybe you got a bad one at the dealership??
