| Flashy Mods and Eye Candy!! What are some eye catching mods that can be done to an E36 to really grab peoples attention, I meshed out my kidney grill 2 days ago, and people stop be all the time to talk about it. Guess they never really see it around town, i dunno. But all in all, i dont have much money, but i want some mods i can do myself, at home. somethign to keep me from getting bored on te rainy weekend. i just wired some demon eyes 3 days ago and that was a nice project.....any thoughts and ideas welcome      |

| meshed kidney grill won't catch attention, but angel eyes would catch attention, big 18-19 inch wheels does too, lowered BMW does catch attention. the flashy HRE wheels does get my attention... |

| If you're on a budget, then here are a few things you can consider to make your car more catchy. None of these mods. should cost you more than $80 a piece. 1. European plate 2. Debadging 3. Custom chrome grills that were on GB on Bimmerforums a while ago or blacked out front grills. 4. Polarg bulbs 5. Clear corners There will be a whole lot more things you can do to your car as your budget increases. Good luck. Jon |

| Why not save the money on the exterior mods and think about some performance mods? In my opinion, a slow car that looks catchy isn't as cool as a fast car that isn't as catchy. It's all about the sleepers, baby.

| "demon eyes" and all these other gimmic "eye" catcher mods are just a big heap of garbage... you might as well spend the money on some nice champaign. If you want to catch peoples eyes, rip out the back seat, stick a cage in there, some hoosiers, a track pipe, big brakes, 4 degrees of camber on the front, and some group numbers on the car... and then drive it on the track. "eye catchers" psst... you want eye catching? buy a penthouse, slice it into 100 pages, then have them all clear coated onto your car, thats eye catching. |

| Dress like a woman.. you'll be plenty eye catching there... that or use common sense and look @ pics of e36s to see what YOU like.. not what all of dtm likes.

| Man, you guys help in good and bad ways, but i realize now that i should put what i want on my car, and anything can be eye cathcing to different people. il post pics of my car later, thanks for the feedback  |

| thats why its your car and its a free country... i just get my kicks from smoking "eye catching" cars out on the track then laughing the whole back back to the pits. what r they gonna do to stop me from passing them turn on there demon eyes hahahahahahahahhaha lol |
