| That totally sucks, Scott ![]() Can we have some pictures? It would make it a easier for us to diagnose your problems I guess your not going to be attending any meets tomorrow night Last edited by Suneal : 04-25-2003 at 10:13 PM. |

| man, that sucks. If the other guy is at fault, then its up to his insurance company to fit the bill for anything that's been damaged. The thing is that if its only one side of the car, the insurance company will only pay for one side. Think of it as 50% off I guess... Also, if you've been injured, you can always sue that @$$hole.

| Sorry to hear about your unfortunate accident Scott. The only thing that really matters is you're safe and sound. ![]()

| talk to the body shop, they might work something out with you since stuff has to be replaced anyways. At the very least im sure theyd let you pay the difference in price if there was any to upgrade stuff. Sorry to hear though. My best advice is to be VERY stern with the bodyshop and stay on their backs to make sure they do a good job. It makes a difference, trust me |

| I spoke with the insurance company of the Davey Tree Company truck. They said if the estimate to repair the damage is under 1500, they don't send their own adjuster; they just take the shop's word and cut a check. Below are the pics I took tonight in my garage of the affected areas. Can I get all this stuff fixed with money left over (from the $1500) to get clear lenses, M3 Mirrors or even a M-Technic bumper?
