A friend of mine with an E36 has been looking for the SMS widebody kit for months now. I guess I will have to be the unfortunate one to tell him that they went out of business. However, where can I look to find any SMS kits still out there or a replica kit he could purchase??

Ok, SMS isn't out of Business, I called the shop last week and talked to Dave (the owner) I ordered a SV1 kit a while ago, and hadn't yet installed it, and was asking about his new SV2 kit that he was designing, hoping it was done so I could get the newer kit on instead. He said he had slowed things down a bit and was waiting until he had something new and something that wouldn't resemble the Zeemax stuff before he came back into full swing. He wants to have the SV2 kit done and selling by summer. So, yes SMS is still in business, and yes, he is hard to get hold of, but if you are persistent he does get back to you.
