| Any Insurance Adjusters out there? I'm looking for some free advise... Every time I talk to an attorney, I get that ambulance chaser feeling. I was rear ended in my 540i over the weekend. I was stopped in traffic, and this guy in a Chevy Malibu carreended into me at a good 25MPH or so . Front and rear damage to the bimmer, but the part that concerns me is the whiplash. This is why I'm looking for advise. I just don't want to be low-balled. I'm not looking for a retirement settlement, but just want a fair (in my best interest of course) pay-out for the pain, discomfort, and inconvenience. My wife was hit about a year ago, and she go offered $1100 dollars for P&S. She took it, but was still huring every once in a while for 6 months. I look back on that and thought she go lo-balled. Should I really get an attourney? I really don't want one, and figure there is some basic algorythm used to calculate damage by you insurance types... ![]() based on initial estimate, I'm guessing damage to be replacing both the front & rear ends, (with M5 parts of course ) probably close to 6 or 8K.What ball park should I be in? TIA.

| call that guys insurance company... they will pay ur medical bills and for your car... if u want any sort of settlement or money beyond that i would recommend getting an lawyer. You can talk to the guys insurance company see if they will just offer a settlement right out to reduce there fees i would ask for 10 grand if that number seems reasonable for you... corporate lawyers get paid tons for court room work so they dont usually like to go to court |
