| i was checking out some rims for my car on the web and i saw some rims which look like the m3 rims but they dont have the bmw logo and the ///m logo also... so i mean i know its not the real thing, they are replicas but i still find the prices very reasonable....so i was wondering if anyone here ever bought rims from an aftermarket place and the quality of the rims were perfect and had no problems with them??? here are some of the links... http://www.cheapwheels.com http://www.alutecwheels.com http://www.aaarims.com/specials/bmw-3-series.shtml like they look good enough to be real and passed as a real one ,but i just dont know if the quality is good... if anyone with experience with these rim stores.... help?? ![]()

| Ask the person you are buying them from if the rims are DOT (Department of Transportation) certified and if he looks worried I'd be careful. Feel the rims and what not make sure there is no flaw in them and see how heavy they are, it might affect your performance.
