It doesn't really matter what you have your degree in to get a pilot slot. You'll have to take the AFOQTS (Air Force Officer's Qualifying Test) that measures a variety of skills and abilities. Your score (and ranking compared to others that took the test) will determine if you get a pilot (or navigator) slot. If you don't get one, chances are that you'll end up at Wright-Patterson, Ohio or Egland AFB, Florida. Both are engineering, acquisitions, and testing of new Air Force goodies
