| HELP! Need opinion.. paint CF hood/trunklid? ![]() ![]() ![]() This is a friend's car and he wants an opinion. He repainted his M3 so should he paint the hood and trunklid to match, leave hood, leave trunk, or leave all as CF. Opinions? |

| HMMm that looks pretty hot...although i don't like how the back strip on the trunk was painted yellow. He should have left it black. If he changed it back to black then i would leave it... Oh and where did he get that trunklid from ![]()

| What I would do is this...... Your car would look good with black racing stripes down the lenght of the car. As wide or a bit thinner as the kidney grills. Here is the cool part...have the hood and trunk painted yellow to match the car, but the black stipes leave them be the natural CF color. This way people can see that it is a CF hood and trunk. That is what I would do.
