Mainly because of the cost and usually you have to wait for a new shipment from wheelpower. I wanted to save $200-$300 by going through wheelexperts.com so I had to wait for 4 months. There are a few shops that has it instock but they have HUGE markups.

Just buy the tips and stick them onto your rear bumper. It will look really, really, really, really cool.

I think he means the e36 competition kit, and yes it looks pretty nasty unless you have the widebody to go with it.
