New rims for Bling 2. Are coustum made by Boyd Coddington. 20x8.5 all the way around. polished alluminum with 3" lip. The only other set is owned by the drummer from KORN. They take 4 weeks to make and are hub centric. Considering everything he makes is coustum from scratch the $500 a piece is very very worth it. I can give the number to anyone who is interested.

Wow, Bounty, slow down boy.

1. wft is a 740il sport? the i is the sport model, the l is the long one, no sport.
2. what is that rim deal? Sounds outlandish and unbelievable to me.
3. I do thank you for explaining to that other person that there is plenty of things Dinan makes for the 95 E38, including, I might add, a 10K supercharger.

As for the mileage. It's going no where, but the prices are going down. So what ever, I'm over it. Although, someone did mention the cats. I'm going to magnaflow pretty soon to see what they can do for me. The 95 E38 is notorious of bad cats. I replaced one a few months ago, and the other one is breaking now. Just starting to break, I have a few months before I start making a racquet with her. With the high-flows I should be able to save a little bit of gas. Then again: I know that I will drive her harder with them. I have yet to master that thin line between performance and mileage. I'm giving up for now.

lil 740 girl. the 740il sport came out in 2001. it included sport wheels, a dif(sport suspension) front and rear apron affects, different seating in the front and rear and a septrontic transmission. I added all the O1 options to my car when I got it except the septronic tranny. As for the rims. Boyd Coddington makes rims for anyone who pays him to. I can give the number like I said before if anyone wants it. They take 4 weeks to make and are exact fit for your specific vehicle. Those where $500 a piece and 20"x8.5

a 740i gets 439hp STOCK!?!! Is this for real???
Doesn't the M5 only push out 400hp??

My '86 E32 735i gets a whimpy 212hp.

no way a 740i is pushing 439hp stock. just over 280 is the real HP. you would have to spend at leat $15,000 min to get close to 400 hp.
