| sorry it will be a daily driver, i really like the 330i and the 325xi, I might do some autox once i get a new suspension in it. I found a 01 330i with 104,000 for 8,000 is that a good price? |

| i've driven a few models of BMW, a 118d, 320i, 316is (something like that) and my favorite so far has been the 320i. It's an e36 so it's a little bit older than the brand new 118d. I thought it handled a lot better, just seemed like a more stable platform. the newer models may be more expensive to maintain if you are going to autox it...but other than that the 330i has more power... |

| Whats your price range? Kind of hard to tell you what your best option is if I don't know if you want to spend $5,000 or $95,000. Going off your last post looking at a $8,000 330 I would tell you to maybe look at a e36 M3. You could pick one up for about that much and it would be much more fun than a 330.

| They are all great, but stay away from the 1999 and 2000 Coupes the rear shock mounts tear out of the poorly designed trunk floor. If you buy a 323 change the intake and throttle body and bam you got a 325, almost. The 330CI for $8,000.00 was a buy, if maintained. The E39 five is a doll. Don't buy a Seven or Eight unless your rich. |
