Repairing a cracked oil pan

hey

i noticed a crack in my original oil pan and just spent 3+ hours pulling one from a junk yard to replace it but after getting it home i noticed it also was cracked. so my question is if there is any "cheaper" fix to fix ether one?

where is this crack located? it could be welded or brazed by someone who really knows what they're doing but if it was me.. i'd find a good one to replace it with.

bring it to a shop like midas or something and ask them to try welding it. it might cost you a 20 or two

not sure about up there but i would not trust midas to change oil.. no less weld an aluminum pan.

Any metal shop can weld it, and warp it.
