BMW OBC Diagnostic

Hey guys, im wondering where i can purchase a computer program (the one that plugs in to the BMWs) for the diagnostics check, bascially what the dealer has to inspect your car. Where can I find this (a website would be nice!) and whats the proper terminology for this computer/module. Thanks in advance!
