KO Performance ????

Hi, I am new to this site and to BMW. My first post is a question. Does anybody know anything about KO Performance? They got my money about six weeks ago and never sent my parts. I requested my money back three weeks ago and they havn't done that. I have called them three times and sent them four e-mails and they havn't contacted me! I have been patient and polite during this unfornate attempt to purchase parts. What could be going on?

I bought parts from them before and got all of them on time. Keep trying to call or email them.

Thanks for the reply, Chet, but the last three times I called them, I get a message that their mail box is full. They have never answered my e-mail or my phone calls. They sent me a confirmation e-mail ten minutes after I ordered. Yesterday, I contacted the BBB and filed a complaint and I turned the matter over to "Visa". My main purpose for this post is to inform people about how this company operates. I ordered the exact same parts from Auto Parts at AutohausAZ - OEM Auto Parts - Discount Replacement Parts, Resources and Car Care Tips last week and I have already received the parts and have them installed. My order cost $3.15 more.

I bought many times from them, never got any problem... maybe it's the shipping company ?

they were really friendly with me, I don't understand..

if you dont want to deal with them try bavauto.com i get parts from them never had a problem or trunermotorsport.com they are good as well. good luck.

Yes-- I got my money back through my cc company. No help from KO. Still to this day, no correspondence whatsoever. It took about 3 or 4 calls to my bank, but it's done. I would strongly suggest that you patronize a company that puts you in command and appreciates your business.
I just wonder how many people would have given up and just let them have the money. My order was for small parts and I am just thankful I didn't place my first order with them that amounted to well over 1K.

well, thanks for sharing that with us.. i think i'll try order that kit on another site. btw, does anybody know where could i order a charger kit in europe? coz i have a feeling that shipping from us to romania will cost a bit more, not mentionining the delivery time. thanks.

I am sure the kit you want is not exclusive to KOPerformance. I am just glad that maybe I have influenced a few to reconsider the credability of this small company. With all the trouble we all go through in everyday life, we don't need aggrivation of this nature. I have posted my disappointment with this vendor on MANY web sites and I added my protest to the many others that the BBB has for this company. Got to hand it to KO---they have a professional looking website and they talk a good talk.

well, you surely got my thinking twice, especially that i'm not in usa to keep argueing with them to get my money back. i wish i found an european site with things i'm interested in.. anyway, it's good that you finally got your money back, dude..
